The team
Product department; reports to the Head of Engineering and works closely with the Security Lead.
What you'll do
- Maintain the due-diligence answer library, evidence links, approvals, and review schedule.
- Manage customer security questionnaires and keep trust-center materials current.
- Run SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and NIS2 audits and certification activities.
- Maintain ISMS and AIMS processes, including risk registers, policies, access reviews, and internal audits.
- Own vendor and subprocessor risk reviews, notifications, and related DPA and portal updates.
What we're looking for
- Have run a certification programme end to end through a real audit cycle.
- Write precise, evidence-backed answers for customer and auditor reviews.
- Have practical experience operating vendor reviews and maintaining subprocessor lists.
- Capture and organize audit evidence as work happens.
- Know when to escalate questions to Security, Engineering, or Legal.
- Be comfortable using AI tools and writing clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial services or telco buyers and DORA or NIS2 requirements.
- AI governance or ISO 42001 experience.
- Experience running a GRC platform such as Vanta, Drata, Mycroft, or Segregato.
- Experience answering to customers as a processor.
