What you'll do

• Own connectivity partner performance and provide support through scaled programs
• Troubleshoot integration issues across PMS, CRS, and channel manager systems
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive partner growth
• Communicate feature updates, API changes, and deprecations to partners
• Educate partners on product updates and share feedback internally
• Create technical resources that help field teams self-serve
• Represent Airbnb at partner meetings and industry events
• Manage projects supporting Airbnb and partner commercial goals

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in a Connectivity Partner Manager or Technical Partner Manager role at a global technology or hospitality tech company
• Strong understanding of hospitality and travel software, including PMS, CRS, and channel managers
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel
• Technical troubleshooting and project management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and prioritization skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Asana, Jira, and Salesforce
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
• Experience as an Airbnb host
