Go To Market, Marketing, Brand and Content Marketing

What you'll do

  • Set the editorial and category narrative across Marketing, executives, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
  • Own the multi-year editorial roadmap and flagship research and thought-leadership portfolio.
  • Design and govern AI content systems for research, brand voice, verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Establish executive publishing and turn proprietary employment data into original research.
  • Connect editorial work to growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
  • Mobilize stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts without formal authority.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership at a B2B technology company.
  • Evidence of setting a company or category narrative adopted across teams and earning external authority.
  • A portfolio of work that earned attention through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
  • AI-first practice beyond drafting, including workflows, evaluation, quality assurance, governance, and adoption.
  • Excellent English-language writing, editing, sourcing, and editorial judgment.
  • Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible business arguments.
  • Experience setting direction across functions and building scalable operating standards without formal authority.
  • Comfort operating as a high-autonomy individual contributor with no direct reports.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
  • AI search visibility optimization experience.
  • Video, podcast, or design experience.
  • Experience building an in-house newsroom or original research programme.
  • Experience living or working across multiple markets, or fluency in more than one language.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work from anywhere you're authorized to work.
  • 40 days off per year, including holidays and vacation, or more if required locally.
  • At least three months of paid parental leave, with job protection for up to 12 months or as required locally.
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance and access to mental health support.
  • Work-from-home stipend for laptop and home-office equipment.
