What you'll do
- Source, screen, and engage passive candidates for APJ sales roles.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and talent benches across multiple countries.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Map talent markets and share competitor and candidate-pool insights.
- Assess candidate alignment and provide recommendations to recruiting partners.
- Provide timely, thoughtful communication throughout the candidate experience.
- Improve sourcing workflows, outreach, and research methods.
- Maintain accurate candidate and activity data in recruiting systems.
What we're looking for
- Experience recruiting or sourcing passive candidates in an outbound environment.
- Experience sourcing Account Executive or other sales roles; software industry experience is preferred.
- Strong research skills and ability to map and engage talent across regional and global markets.
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously across time zones.

- Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
