Country Growth Operations Lead

About this role

Lead growth operations in an early-stage West African market, with the goal of growing it to one million monthly active users. You will own user acquisition and distribution strategy, while building and managing the agent network and its liquidity.

What you'll do

• Drive user growth through distribution strategy and user acquisition initiatives
• Coordinate with leadership and country teams to identify growth opportunities
• Improve distribution processes with product and engineering teams using technology and data
• Oversee agent acquisition, setup, and liquidity management
• Build and lead high-performing field operations teams
• Manage business and financial KPIs

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in user acquisition, agent operations, or liquidity management in mobile money, finance, fintech, telecoms, or tech
• Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building, communication, listening, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven sales track record, including identifying customer needs and connecting corridors
