What you'll do

• Own creative strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels.
• Design creative assets for web, paid ads, email, direct mail, and social media.
• Set standards for visual identity and ensure brand consistency.
• Create and manage social media content, including short-form videos.
• Build and manage a creator and influencer program.
• Evaluate and implement necessary creative tools and workflows.
• Coordinate messaging consistency across communications.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in graphic design, creative, or content marketing.
• Strong portfolio with a mix of visual and video content.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to simplify complex financial topics into clear content.
• Experience with content strategy, SEO, and conversion.
• Highly organized and self-directed.

Nice to have

• Experience in lending, banking, or regulated industries.
• Copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships.
• Email template development experience.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
