Own a portfolio of strategic health-plan relationships, with accountability for retention, member access, and creating conditions for account growth. Analyze claims, utilization, outcomes, and ROI while coordinating stakeholders across Sword and payer organizations. Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities; Sales owns commercial negotiations.

  • Secure and expand member-marketing access, channels, data, and subsidiary participation; assess their impact on enrollment, utilization, and value
  • Build relationships across economic, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Analyze claims, utilization, outcomes, guarantees, attribution, and ROI; lead account strategy, value communication, business reviews, and escalations
  • Partner with Sales on cross-sell and upsell, coordinating internal specialists while retaining ownership of the account plan
  • Identify risks and opportunities and drive execution across teams in an autonomous, ambiguous environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong executive judgment and written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical self-sufficiency, high ownership, and a low-ego operating style
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and travel domestically up to 10%

Nice to have
