What you'll do
- Own pre-sale media planning and internal insertion orders.
- Coordinate client approvals and revenue recognition with Finance.
- Serve as the client point of contact throughout campaign execution.
- Manage campaign kickoffs, timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate custom sponsorships and content campaigns across internal departments.
- Support pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy.
- Troubleshoot live campaigns with Campaign Operations.
- Maintain knowledge of Twitch products and site features.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of online media or media planning experience.
- Experience helping clients execute media campaigns.
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with technical product teams and with minimal supervision.
