Customer Success Manager, Southern Europe

About this role

Serve as a strategic advisor to complex EMEA customers, helping them adopt Claude products and realize value across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code. Drive customer adoption, usage growth, change management, and expansion while helping establish Anthropic’s regional Customer Success practices.

Stack

What you'll do

• Build strategic relationships with customer decision-makers and identify optimization and expansion opportunities
• Guide customers on Claude products, technical best practices, and adoption planning
• Monitor usage and address underutilization across consumption- and seat-based products
• Quantify customer outcomes, ROI, and business impact
• Develop use cases and change-management programs to increase organizational adoption
• Manage customer success plans, quarterly business reviews, and the customer relationship lifecycle
• Develop EMEA-specific Customer Success processes and playbooks

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, consulting, or solutions architecture
• Experience with consumption-based and seat-based business models
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation
• Experience presenting and demonstrating technical products to varied audiences
• Strong strategic, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English
• Interest in AI and responsible development of advanced systems

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or Italian
