Global Technical Support organization, working with Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Stack

What you'll do

• Build AI-assisted workflows for ticket triage, routing, knowledge retrieval, case summaries, and escalation preparation.
• Turn support data and operational patterns into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for AI agents, deterministic automation, or a combination of both.
• Create documentation, prompts, and operating conventions for AI-assisted support workflows.
• Measure and improve support workflow quality, speed, and consistency.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant professional technical experience.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and software development frameworks.
• Experience building production-grade internal tools or AI-powered systems.
• Understanding of technical support operations, ticketing systems, or escalation workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
