Data team within the Data & Operations department.

Stack

What you'll do

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and issues that inform decisions.
• Contribute to predictive models and statistical analysis.
• Build dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders explore data independently.
• Integrate data insights with AI tools and maintain those integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and encourage data-informed decisions.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of professional data analysis experience; relevant internships may count.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business understanding.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.

Nice to have

• SQL and Python skills.
• Interest in applying AI to everyday analytical work.

Hiring process

1. Introductory screening call.
2. 45-minute team interview.
3. Take-home case study followed by a 45-minute interview.
4. 45-minute leadership interview with a SteerCo member and a founder.
5. Up to three reference calls.
