What you'll do
- Identify operational bottlenecks across patient intake, matching, active care, and advocate workflows.
- Analyze advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply-demand balance to support capacity planning.
- Build and maintain dashboards that automate reporting and enable self-service analytics.
- Partner with Engineering to maintain reliable data models and improve SQL and dbt transformations.
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze structured and semi-structured data, including nested JSON.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of data analytics experience, including experience in healthcare operations.
- Understanding of care delivery operations such as intake, scheduling, caseloads, and SLAs.
- Advanced SQL and experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
- Strong dashboarding and reporting skills.
- Experience wrangling messy data, including nested JSON.
- Ability to identify root causes, communicate insights clearly, and act effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Hex or another notebook-based BI tool.
- dbt and Git experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims, billing codes, or Medicare reimbursement.
- Python or R for automation, statistical analysis, or forecasting.
- Experience using data to optimize operational workflows.
