What you'll do
- Maintain ingestion and orchestration pipelines
- Design and scale core dbt models
- Partner with teams for metrics definition
- Manage Snowflake RBAC and PII classification
- Develop reverse-ETL process for Salesforce and Slack
- Build CI/CD review gates for the data platform
- Oversee data platform infrastructure
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in production data platforms
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and orchestrators
- Proven skills in monitoring and incident management
- Strong SQL and Python programming
- Understanding of data modeling and schema evolution
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GTM, Finance, and Product operations
- Experience with LLMs and coding agents
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes
