What you'll do

• Develop and validate forecasting methods aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Strategy stakeholders to account for product plans and business strategy.
• Explain analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Build repeatable processes that support robust, trustworthy forecasts.
• Collaborate with peers and mentor junior data scientists.

What we're looking for

• Industry experience building forecasts in complex, real-world settings.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Ability to translate technical results into practical recommendations and business changes into analytical requirements.
• Strong SQL, Python, AI analysis tools, and data/analytics engineering skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• User growth forecasting experience at a high-growth consumer technology company.
• Public-company experience with investor-grade reporting and forecasting.
