What you'll do
- Structure complex enterprise deals and review approvals against company policies.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate tax documentation, billing setup, multi-currency handling, and software provisioning.
- Partner with Legal on contract reviews, routing, redlines, and approvals.
- Coordinate RFPs and vendor risk assessments for North American enterprise buyers.
- Train Sales on order management, legal workflows, approval thresholds, and deal desk processes.
- Identify quote-to-cash bottlenecks and help improve operational processes.
- Resolve order and approval issues across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Order Management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, quote-to-cash processes, and relevant sales and AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
