What you'll do
- Customize and extend the demo environment template system.
- Automate realistic demo data generation and environment setup.
- Build demos tailored to verticals, markets, and languages.
- Ensure new features are configured and demoable before general availability.
- Create templated trial and sandbox environments for prospects.
- Document demo environments and enable the go-to-market team.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable working with JSON, REST APIs, scripting, and data preparation.
- Able to build systems and tooling that scale across a team.
- Strong product intuition and care for realistic, compelling demos.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing a new function.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Engineering and go-to-market teams.
Nice to have
- Experience building SaaS demo, sandbox, or trial environments.
- Experience automating environment configuration or data generation.
- Experience maintaining reusable templated environments or assets.
- Experience with HR technology, ATS workflows, or recruiting operations.
