What you'll do

What we're looking for
- 5–10 years in technical implementation or solutions architecture
- Experience with email and SMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of messaging architecture
- Experience with SMS provisioning and implementation
- Proven ability to lead enterprise implementations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Twilio
