What you'll do

- Build frameworks connecting R&D investment to product outcomes

- Lead the AI transformation of R&D finance
- Redesign FP&A processes for efficiency
What we're looking for
- Extensive finance experience with R&D, Engineering, or Product
- Strong understanding of financial statements and R&D cost drivers
- Experience leading finance process redesign
- Expertise in influencing senior technical stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS finance
- Direct partnership with a CTO
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Sisense, Adaptive Planning, or SQL
