What you'll do

• Lead technical accounting for complex infrastructure arrangements
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842, ASC 810, and ASC 815
• Prepare technical accounting analysis and memos for new arrangements
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams
• Serve as point of contact with external auditors
• Mentor accounting professionals on technical matters
• Drive process improvements and automation

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842, ASC 810, and ASC 815
• Experience authoring technical accounting memos
• Analytical skills with large, complex datasets
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders

Nice to have

• Background in a Big 4 technical accounting firm
• Experience with hyperscalers or energy companies
• Familiarity with renewable energy contracts
• Exposure to data center infrastructure arrangements
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure accounting
