Director of Marketplace Channel Management (Amazon & TikTok Shop)

Lead AG1’s Amazon and TikTok Shop channels, growing sales, market share, awareness, and profitability. Own channel strategy, operations, advertising, planning, and performance reporting while aligning marketplace activity with the broader omnichannel business.

What you'll do

• Develop channel strategies and own Amazon and TikTok Shop P&L, forecasting, and annual planning
• Manage marketplace operations, including listings, catalog, pricing, inventory coordination, promotions, and merchandising
• Oversee listing content, account health, compliance, and unauthorized seller monitoring
• Manage platform, agency, and service-provider relationships, including partnership negotiations
• Set marketplace advertising strategy, budgets, targeting, and efficiency goals
• Track channel KPIs, report performance and recommendations to executive leadership, and monitor market trends
• Lead marketplace growth experiments and scale successful initiatives

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience running Amazon and social commerce, with a record of Amazon revenue growth
• Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop
• Amazon experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-management skills
• Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience
• Interest in health, wellness, sports, and social media trends
