What you'll do
- Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML and digital asset compliance products
- Conduct customer discovery with compliance leaders, AML teams, investigators, and risk professionals
- Translate customer insights into product concepts, requirements, and engineering priorities
- Drive products from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Define compliance workflows, risk models, decision systems, and user experiences
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Business Development, and customer-facing teams
- Support strategic sales through discovery, demonstrations, pilots, and design partnerships
- Measure adoption, usage, enterprise wins, expansion, and other business outcomes
What we're looking for
- Significant product management experience building B2B software in fintech, regtech, financial services, risk, compliance, or digital assets
- Track record owning products from discovery through launch and adoption
- Deep understanding of AML, financial crime, transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB, or investigations
- Experience with transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, wallet screening, risk engines, case management, or compliance workflow products
- Strong customer discovery, product judgment, and prioritization skills
- Commercial instincts and focus on enterprise adoption and expansion
- Ability to operate and drive work in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience building AML or compliance products at a blockchain analytics, fintech, regtech, exchange, bank, or financial infrastructure company
- Experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, on-chain investigations, or digital asset risk
- Previous AML practitioner, compliance officer, MLRO, investigator, or financial crime experience
- Experience with regulated institutions, regulatory examinations, VASP licensing, or financial crime remediation
- CAMS or another relevant professional qualification
- Relationships with compliance and risk leaders across financial institutions, digital asset businesses, regulators, or law enforcement
