What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow the regional Solutions Architecture team.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support enterprise and commercial customers.
- Advise customers and design scalable, cloud-native solutions, migrations, and workflows.
- Guide proofs of concept and reference architectures to accelerate adoption.
- Evangelize ClickHouse across APJ through customer briefings, events, and community initiatives.
- Share customer and field feedback to inform product strategy and go-to-market execution.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical leadership role.
- Prior people-management experience.
- Experience with open-source business models and cloud-first technologies.
- Hands-on background designing and supporting scalable, highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience building teams in fast-growing, high-change environments.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying applications or selling in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and analytical workloads.
- Experience supporting multiple countries or regions within APJ.
