What you'll do
- Own the People Systems strategy, roadmap, and Workday platform evolution
- Design, configure, and optimize Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Establish systems architecture, governance, security, data integrity, and change management standards
- Lead Workday releases, enhancements, integrations, testing, and adoption
- Develop People data, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Manage vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Identify automation and AI opportunities across People processes
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, including significant Workday ownership
- Deep Workday expertise and leadership experience in at least one full-cycle implementation
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and data governance
- Experience developing a People Systems strategy and scaling technology in a global organization
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners
