What you'll do

- Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Monitor developments in employment and data protection law
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of employment law experience
- Qualification to practice law in Ireland or England and Wales
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and project management skills
Nice to have
- In-house experience or experience advising technology clients
- Experience with employee representative bodies
- Knowledge of jurisdictions outside Ireland and the UK
