What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of legal experience
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

- Experience handling sensitive employment matters
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills
- Judgment to assess legal and business risks
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
