What you'll do
- Own a fast, mobile-web-first consumer acquisition and claim-filing funnel
- Run experiments and tailor experiences by case type
- Build claimant communications, evidence and signature collection, and dispute-resolution scheduling
- Own reliable, auditable consumer payments and disbursements
- Develop internal tools, MCPs, and agent harnesses
- Recruit, develop, and lead engineers
What we're looking for
- Staff-level experience building and shipping production software
- Track record owning products end to end and delivering outcomes
- Strong product judgment and ability to make evidence-backed decisions autonomously
- Experience at a Series A or earlier startup
- Experience building or readiness to build and lead a team
- Daily use of coding agents and harnesses in software development
Nice to have
- Experience with high-conversion consumer funnels and rapid experimentation
- Experience with payments, ledgers, or other money-movement systems
- Experience in legal, healthcare, or finance
