What you'll do
- Own AI agents that source and assemble cases, with human-in-the-loop review
- Build systems that match people to claims using permissioned data and privacy-first practices

- Develop internal tools, MCPs, and agent harnesses
- Recruit, lead, and grow full-stack and ML engineers
What we're looking for
- Staff-level experience building and shipping production software
- Track record of owning products end-to-end and their outcomes
- Strong product judgment and ability to make autonomous decisions
- Experience at a Series A or earlier startup
- Experience building teams or readiness to hire and lead from day one
Nice to have
- Production experience with LLM agent systems, human review, and evaluation
- Experience across ML and the product surface
- Background in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or finance
