Lead 10–12 engineers across Infisical’s Secrets Management and Certificate Management products. Drive delivery, team development, reliability, and technical direction while staying hands-on with code and architecture.

What you'll do

• Own delivery and priorities across both teams
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage engineers; develop Tech Leads
• Balance customer needs with security, reliability, and developer velocity
• Set reliability targets and improve observability, incident response, and operational quality
• Review code and technical designs; guide architecture and resolve challenging engineering problems
• Work directly with customers and translate their needs into engineering priorities
• Improve team processes while keeping execution fast and accountable

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers
• Track record of building high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and driving execution through others
• Strong hands-on engineering background, including production code and design reviews
• Sound judgment in architecture, reliability, and technical tradeoffs
• Strong communication skills, including customer-facing work
• Bias toward action and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Based in the United States or Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in security infrastructure or developer tools
• Experience leading distributed-systems teams
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering output while maintaining security and reliability
