- Provide technical direction and guide design decisions
- Recruit and grow the engineering organization and its culture
- Lead teams responsible for production services, including monitoring, on-call, and incident response
- Collaborate across product, design, and other technical disciplines
- Plan work across immediate needs and long-term strategy

- Development experience in Go
