What you'll do

  • Own the integrity roadmap, threat models, and delivery across hardware, firmware, operating systems, and workloads.
  • Make remote attestation the default requirement for machines to receive credentials and join clusters.
  • Build artifact and model-weight provenance, including signing, independent verification, and transparency logs.
  • Lead protection of sensitive data and secure server management planes across sites.
  • Make security controls repeatable across new sites and hardware platforms.
  • Partner with infrastructure, data center, hardware teams, and external vendors.
  • Maintain evidence that security goals and compliance invariants hold.
  • Hire, develop, and retain senior security software engineers.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years managing engineering teams and 8 years of hands-on platform, infrastructure, or security engineering experience.
  • Experience hiring, developing, and performance-managing senior and staff engineers.
  • Hands-on experience in platform security, secure boot and firmware, hardware roots of trust, confidential computing, or software supply-chain integrity.
  • Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain and delivering long-term cross-organizational work.
  • Strong threat-modeling and risk-assessment skills across hardware and software.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity across partner teams and vendors.

Nice to have

  • Production-scale remote attestation, device identity, or fleet-wide boot integrity experience.
  • Experience with BMCs, Redfish, GPU or accelerator attestation, or bare-metal provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Nitro, SEV-SNP, TDX, or similar confidential-computing platforms.
  • Experience with signing, provenance, or transparency systems such as Sigstore, SLSA, or binary transparency.
  • Experience with key management, offline ceremonies, or high-assurance environments.
  • Familiarity with AI security and safety concepts.

Benefits

  • Generous vacation and parental leave
  • Flexible working hours
  • Optional equity donation matching
