What we're looking for
- 5+ years as a Software Engineer with backend or infrastructure experience
- 2+ years as an Engineering Manager
- Experience with Elixir, Python, and Kubernetes
- Track record of growing engineers
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to drive a culture of fast iteration
