Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to win new customers across the NYC Metro region. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proofs of concept, and negotiation, then hand off successful customers to the Growth team.

What you'll do
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Prospect outbound for net-new customers and develop inbound leads
- Own the sales process, including discovery, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations
- Explain the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Manage pipeline forecasts and customer data in Salesforce
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of infrastructure technology sales experience
- Consistent record of achieving sales targets, ideally as a top 10% performer
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across in-person and virtual channels
- Entrepreneurial, tenacious, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Experience in high-velocity technology companies
Nice to have
- Technical background or experience selling technical products
- Familiarity with open-source technology
- Salesforce experience
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
