Enterprise Account Executive, Federal Civilian Sales - Federal Financials

About this role

Drive adoption and revenue growth for Anthropic’s AI products across federal civilian financial agencies, including Treasury, the IRS, regulators, and government-sponsored enterprises. Own the full sales cycle while advising agencies on AI implementation and coordinating secure, compliant deployments.

What you'll do

• Own the sales cycle from outreach through deployment across federal civilian agencies
• Navigate federal procurement, FAR compliance, security standards, and agency regulations
• Build relationships with agency decision-makers and advise them on AI capabilities
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization initiatives
• Coordinate deployments with cloud providers and system integrators
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback with product teams
• Develop federal civilian sales playbooks and maintain customer engagement documentation

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the federal civilian market, preferably Federal Financials
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving adoption of emerging technologies
• Deep understanding of federal civilian agency missions, challenges, and technology needs
• Experience with federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements
• Strong relationship-building and cross-stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution
• Passion for safe and ethical AI development
