Enterprise Account Executive - FSI

About this role

Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI solutions among financial services organizations in Korea. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, and help institutions apply AI to operations, risk, and customer-facing functions.

What you'll do

• Meet revenue targets by winning new accounts and expanding existing financial services relationships
• Develop territory plans across banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech
• Lead consultative sales with senior business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders
• Navigate Korean financial services regulations, security reviews, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions for financial-sector needs
• Monitor trends in Korean financial services and AI regulation

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea, with significant financial services exposure
• Direct experience navigating Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) requirements and review processes
• Understanding of Korean financial institutions’ technology decisions, regulatory oversight, and IT governance
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial services sales cycles
• Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets in financial services accounts
• Fluent communication skills in Korean and English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
