Enterprise Account Executive, Retail

About this role

Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI API and SaaS products among retail, grocery, fashion, and e-commerce companies in France. Own strategic sales from prospecting through close, while helping customers identify and deploy AI use cases across retail operations.

What you'll do

• Win new retail-sector business and meet revenue targets
• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract close
• Develop sales strategies tailored to retail buying cycles and budgets
• Identify AI use cases across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, e-commerce, marketing, and customer service
• Build consensus among executive, business, IT, and procurement stakeholders
• Share customer feedback and market needs with product teams
• Improve retail sales playbooks and processes

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, APIs, or emerging technologies
• Track record of complex retail sales and strategic deal closures
• Experience navigating retail organisations, procurement, and multi-stakeholder decisions
• Experience negotiating complex retail agreements
• History of exceeding revenue targets and managing a changing pipeline
• Strong communication and presentation skills for operational teams through senior executives
• Deep understanding of retail buying cycles and business challenges
• Fluent in French and English
