Enterprise Client Success Manager

About this role

Own enterprise client partnerships and the post-sale lifecycle for Kalepa’s AI-powered insurance SaaS platform. Lead deployments, drive measurable customer outcomes, and support retention and revenue expansion while helping develop the Client Success function.

Kalepa builds AI systems for insurers that help automate underwriting, risk analysis, and related insurance workflows. It serves carriers, MGAs, and brokers looking to speed up submission processing and decision-making.

The team

Growth / Client Success team, reporting to the VP who leads the group.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end platform deployment and configuration from kickoff through go-live
• Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive client stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives
• Plan and lead client user training
• Analyze large datasets to measure impact on client KPIs
• Coordinate with Product on issue identification, remediation tracking, and product enhancements
• Support cross-sell, upsell, and renewal efforts

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales experience
• Strong analytical and technical foundation
• Commercially oriented and data-driven
• Able to build trusted client relationships and communicate openly and respectfully
• Willing to travel to clients

Nice to have

• InsurTech or FinTech experience
• Experience at a venture-backed startup during hypergrowth
