What you'll do
- Plan and execute two company-wide offsites each year for approximately 175 people.
- Research destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment.
- Create schedules that balance connection, destination experiences, and company programming.
- Manage accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, accessibility, contingencies, and on-site logistics.
- Manage event budgets and attendee communications.
- Collect feedback and improve future events.
- Plan smaller team offsites and assist with other company events and special projects.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of internal event planning or similar substantial planning experience.
- Experience producing memorable, high-touch events.
- Clear, warm communication and comfort working across the company.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work through ambiguity and pressure, anticipate issues, and develop creative team activities.
