About this role

Provide executive support to LaunchDarkly’s VP of EMEA Sales, with approximately 80% of the role focused on the executive agenda and 20% on London office operations. The role requires managing priorities, leadership cadence, communications, travel, recruitment logistics and events while keeping the office running smoothly.

About the company

LaunchDarkly is a feature management platform that lets teams release, target, and control product features with flags without redeploying code.

What you'll do

  • Manage the VP’s complex calendar across EMEA and global time zones; prepare schedules, briefings and priority options.
  • Coordinate sales leadership meetings, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs and planning sessions; track decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Draft executive correspondence and meeting materials, and handle confidential commercial and people information discreetly.
  • Coordinate interviews, international travel, sales leadership offsites, regional meetings and executive customer visits.
  • Manage London office operations, including supplies, visitors, facilities, suppliers, invoices and team gatherings.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience, including at least 3 years supporting a VP or C-suite executive.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, international travel and competing priorities across time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, discretion and reliability.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with experience coordinating recruitment, meetings and events.
  • Proficient with calendar, email, presentation, document and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • SaaS or technology experience, ideally supporting a regional sales leader or senior commercial executive.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs and quarter-end demands.
  • Experience coordinating office operations, suppliers or workplace logistics.
