What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with Account Executives
• Build prototypes connecting tools and agents into end-to-end workflows
• Design customer solutions and advise on rollout, prompt strategy, and context configuration
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
• Represent customer feedback internally and influence Product and Engineering priorities
• Support customer onboarding, account planning, and expansion opportunities

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills and executive presence; comfortable coding with developers and presenting to technical leaders
• Understanding of software development workflows, developer productivity, or cross-team business systems
• Hands-on technical fluency with AI tooling and reliable systems at scale
• Customer-focused, able to connect technical details to business impact
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales, or building systems that automate work across teams and tools
• Adaptable and proactive in a startup environment; able to manage multiple evaluations in parallel

• Experience guiding customers through AI platform adoption and proofs of concept
