What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of concept with Account Executives.
- Build prototypes connecting tools and agents to demonstrate end-to-end workflows.
- Design solutions and advise customers on rollout, prompt strategy, and context configuration.
- Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops.
- Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and share feedback.
- Support customer onboarding, account planning, and expansion opportunities.
