What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and configure camera hardware

- Install equipment on shelves, ceilings, and other fixtures using power tools
- Record service activity, parts used, and time spent in company tools
- Scan products into the system and meet quality and speed KPIs
- Follow safety procedures and communicate progress to supervisors and teammates
What we're looking for
- Previous field technician experience, preferably in field service, installation, construction, or a related field
- Technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment
- Physical stamina for demanding work and extended periods on foot, up to 9 hours
- Valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
