What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and configure camera hardware at customer sites

- Install system equipment on shelves, ceilings, and other fixtures using power tools
- Record service activity, parts used, and time spent in company tools
- Onboard and scan products into the system
- Meet quality and speed KPIs and communicate progress to supervisors and teammates
What we're looking for
- Previous field service, installation, construction, or related technician experience
- Strong technical aptitude and hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment
- Physical stamina for demanding work, including standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication skills
- Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation
- Availability for night and weekend work
