What you'll do
- Oversee banking journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage customer invoicing and billing processes
- Execute SOX control operations
- Lead the transition and stabilization of core financial processes
- Coach and develop team members
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including team management
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with SOX/internal controls
- Strong ERP experience, particularly with NetSuite
Nice to have
- Experience in payments or fintech
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
- Knowledge of European VAT/invoicing requirements
