In this role, you will manage complex deals and develop processes that balance speed and control to support Anthropic's growth. You will coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams, focusing on structuring and optimizing deals while ensuring financial discipline and risk management.

What you'll do

• Conduct financial analysis for deal profitability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize deal structures.
• Review and analyze enterprise deals focusing on financial implications.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, legal, and compliance.
• Evaluate potential risks in deal terms.
• Help develop deal approval policies and pricing guidelines.
• Create and refine approval workflows and procedures.
• Maintain deal documentation and report on strategy metrics.

• Experience in deal strategy or related analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
