Finance & Strategy, GTM - Post Sales

Partner with post-sales go-to-market teams to guide financial strategy and support business decisions. Analyze renewals, customer retention, cost-to-serve, and capacity needs, and develop models, reporting, and dashboards to inform planning and investment.

The team

Strategic Finance team, partnering with post-sales GTM, FP&A, revenue operations, and accounting.

What you'll do

• Advise post-sales stakeholders on financial strategy, investments, and resource allocation
• Build models and analyses for renewals, expansion forecasts, retention economics, cost-to-serve, and capacity planning
• Prepare financial reporting for planning cycles, business reviews, cost tracking, and investment cases
• Create dashboards and scorecards for post-sales operational and financial metrics
• Coordinate with finance, revenue operations, and accounting teams to align GTM plans with financial strategy

What we're looking for

• Experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, FP&A, investing, consulting, or investment banking
• Strong analytical, modeling, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
• Strong relationship-building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
• Passion for building safe, transformative AI systems

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience, including direct partnership with GTM or post-sales teams
• Experience with consumption-based, usage-based, or complex enterprise business models
