What you'll do
- Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, configuration, maintenance, and user support.
- Manage finance-system integrations, workflows, customizations, access controls, and data integrity.
- Oversee segregation-of-duties reviews and support ITGC, SOX, and change-management processes.
- Lead finance transformation projects across order-to-cash processes.
- Create finance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using NetSuite and Grafana.
- Train end users and manage tickets and change requests through resolution.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, IT, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience administering NetSuite and finance systems.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with functional and technical system issues.
- Experience with NetSuite data migration, mapping, and integrations, including ARM, Zone billing, and Salesforce.
- Administrator-level knowledge of NetSuite access controls, workflows, approvals, configuration, and reporting.
- Knowledge of IT general controls and experience in SOC, ISO, or SOX-compliant environments.
- Experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce; CPQ and NetSuite ARM experience.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with finance tools such as Zip, Avalara, or Expensify.
- Experience with project-management tools such as GitHub, Monday.com, or Miro.
