What you'll do
- Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain NetSuite and other finance business systems.
- Manage finance-system integrations, workflows, customizations, user access, and segregation-of-duties reviews.
- Maintain ITGC, change-management, SDLC, and SOX compliance practices.
- Plan and deliver finance transformation projects across order-to-cash processes.
- Gather cross-functional requirements and prioritize system enhancements.
- Build finance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using NetSuite tools and Grafana.
- Train end users and manage support tickets through resolution.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, IT, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive NetSuite finance systems administration experience.
- Hands-on functional and technical support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with NetSuite data migration, mapping, integrations, ARM, Zone billing, and Salesforce integration.
- Knowledge of ITGCs and experience in SOC, ISO, and SOX-compliant environments.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
- Project management experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce CPQ integration experience.
- Experience with finance tools such as Zip, Avalara, and Expensify.
