What you'll do
- Calculate sales commissions and coordinate accurate reporting with Accounting.
- Track and analyze ARR, retention, and other subscription metrics.
- Help prepare financial reports for leadership and investors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, and headcount reporting.
- Improve commission calculations, financial models, and reporting processes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience interpreting commission plans and calculating variable compensation.
- Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage recurring monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience at a SaaS or subscription-based software company.
- Familiarity with ARR, gross revenue retention, and net revenue retention.
- Budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning experience.
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Experience with Everstage, Salesforce, financial planning software, or reporting tools.
- Experience preparing reports or presentations for senior leadership.
