What you'll do
- Coordinate annual budgets and forecasts with senior management and business units
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and financial and operational performance
- Build and maintain models for long-term growth projections
- Improve planning processes through variance analysis
- Evaluate the use of company assets and investments
- Support the Director of Finance with reporting and commentary
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Competitor and market analysis experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in financial analysis or baseline AI proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software and analytical tools
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification
- Experience in a similar industry or role
