What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with technology, cloud, public-sector, integration, and service partners across DACH
- Identify and qualify partners and develop joint plans with measurable goals and milestones
- Turn partner discussions into use cases, customer opportunities, pilots, integrations, and joint offerings
- Develop business cases and commercial models, and negotiate agreements with internal teams
- Generate partner-led revenue through co-selling, customer introductions, and reseller activities
- Plan joint marketing activities and report pipeline, commitments, risks, and results
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, channel management, or key account management in B2B technology
- Demonstrated ability to develop a partnership from initial contact to signed agreement or active project
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and building business cases
- Able to work with senior decision-makers and operational teams
- Technical understanding of enterprise software, integrations, deployment models, and support responsibilities
- Experience creating structure and measurable progress in an evolving partner model
- Native-level German and advanced English
- Willingness to travel across DACH and occasionally work with U.S. time zones
